Hello,

Welcome to WINStep organization's new website. WINStep organization exists to benefit the users of software and machinery systems in the global woodworking industry. Last year has been very busy for our organization:

Membership:

• In addition to the WINStep founding members: Pattern Systems International, Stiles Machinery, SCM Group, Weinig America, CADCode Systems, 20-20 Technologies and Virtual Systems, we've recruited new members: Friedman Corp., DMG Delmac, Trakware Systems, Biesse America, MultiCam, Accu-Systems and Keytrix Systems.

• We've conducted presentations at various trade shows and disseminated information about WINStep via trade journals, demonstrations and industry panel discussions.

Our goal is to assure that WINStep will reduce the challenge and expense of integrating different systems, by providing a common language through which these systems communicate. The WINStep protocol will evolve as a dynamic, standardized environment for the exchange of product, process and technology data. An established standard for the benefit of wood product manufacturers will encourage participation on behalf of all International Associations involved in the woodworking industry.

Advocacy and Contribution
As part of WINStep, we want your voice to become a powerful instrument of change and influence that will help establish the industry standards.
